How gift card works:

Once your gift card is purchased and the payment validated, you receive an email inviting you to set up the gift card before sending it to the person of your choice.

The configuration space is in your customer account, "My Gift Cards" tab. In this tab is all the gift cards you bought. By clicking the Set up button, you can access the gift card configuration and you can customize the following:

- Name of gift card recipient

- Sender's name

- Personalised text

- Choosing the type of gift card:

1/ E-mail: recipient's email, and choice of immediate or subsequent mailing (date of choice)

2/ Download the gift card in PDF: the customer can then give the gift card directly to his recipient

Once you have set up and register your gift card, the chosen action is done (sending by email or immediately downloading the PDF).

-If you choose to send by email, the recipient will receive an email at the address listed containing the items listed in the configuration as well as the amount of the gift card, the associated code and the expiry date of the gift card.

-If you choose to download in PDF, you will have to send the gift card to the recipient on your own.
