How do I follow my order?

Once your order has been placed, an email is sent to you to confirm your order, notify you that your payment is accepted and that your parcel is being shipped.

Then log in to your DressDésiré account and click "My Commands" in the "My Account" section.

In "My Orders" you get an overview of the status of your package (processed, shipped or delivered) and the history of your order.

If you have a question about your order, you can contact our customer service to send a message via your DressDésiré account. Our team will respond as soon as possible.

How do I order on the site?

Ordering on dress-désiré,it's very simple. Just follow the instructions below.

1. Add the items you want to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to the Basket."

2. After selecting your items, click "See My Basket" to get a preview of your selection. You can check your order at this stage and change the quantities, if necessary. If everything is in order, click "Pay" to place your order.

3. Then log in to your DressDésired account if you're already registered or choose the "New at DressDésired" space if you haven't yet.

4. Finally, indicate your delivery address and select your desired delivery method. If you have a valid coupon code that you want to use, enter the code in the coupon code box.
Then validate by clicking "Apply," choose your payment method and click "Continue the order" to finalize your order.

5. Finalize your payment


The processing of your order will begin as soon as your payment is received and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Once your package is shipped, you will be able to track it and know its status by logging into your account.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item to DressDésirée,you are entitled to it, for 14 days after delivery, provided that the items have not been worn or washed. That the shoes were not tried outdoors. That the labels have not been removed and that the items have no make-up marks and have not been damaged.

To make your life easier for the return method, simply go to the "My Account" section and then the "return policy" section where the return form is located. Simply download it and then fill it out by specifying the order number for an exchange or refund.

All refunds will be made on the initial payment method used to pay for the purchase. And all possible exchanges will be made with the initial delivery method.

Note that for exchangerequests, DressDésirée does the best to process them. But if the item is no longer available, the refund will be immediate.

Then return the package carefully packed with the return method of your choice with the form inside, at the address shown on it.

The refund or exchange will take place within a maximum of 14 business days subject to unforeseen circumstances.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, DressDésirée apologises and in this case, you should contact customer service: contact@dress-désiré by indicating the order number and a photo, you will be answered as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

Namely, the return or exchange fees are at your expense.

What if I miss delivery of my package?

DressDésirée offers several delivery methods such as Colissimo with the Post Office and Mondial Relay. Please, if you are absent during delivery, the Post Office service offers you the opportunity to pick up your order at the post office closest to the delivery address.

What if I was wrong in the delivery address?

Unfortunately, DressDésiré will not be able to change anything if the order is validated.

DressDired will not be held responsible for any input errors and consequences in terms of delay or delivery error.

In this context, all costs incurred for the re-shipment of the order will be entirely borne by the customer.

You will need to contact customer service to resolve the issue and pay the cost when receiving the package.

Can I change my order?

DressDésiré processes all orders placed as quickly as possible. You can make changes before the order is settled, but once it has been validated, DressDésired will no longer be able to change or cancel it.

However, you will be able to return any unwanted items subject to the above return conditions.

How do I know if the return is well received?

First, check your parcel tracking. If it is not yet delivered to the address indicated for returns or exchanges, it will be necessary to wait for it to be received. Otherwise, once it is delivered, DressDésirée processes returns within 72 hours and in this case a receipt email will be sent to you. It is therefore necessary to count the delivery time of your return and the processing time is 72 hours.

Namely that the choice of the method of sending (follow-up, with signature..) is free and under your responsibility.

When I want to exchange a size item how does it go?

Simply send back with the return form to download (see article above "how to return an article" that explains in detail how to proceed).

When the return is received, the item is in good condition and the form is well filled out with the exchange and the desired size. DressDésiré processes your request within 72 hours and checks to see if the desired size is still available.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after the processing to certify that the exchange is still relevant and that the item will be shipped.

The delivery time will not exceed 14 days, subject to unforeseen circumstances, after receiving the return package.

Or if unfortunately it is no longer in stock, a refund will be immediate by your initial payment method and you will receive an email to confirm the refund.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of DressDésirée

We only accept exchanges of the same item, if the size does not match.

I've seen an article but it's no longer available to my size, how do I do it?

DressDésirée understands the frustration of not being able to have his favorite in stock. But rest assured it often puts restocks of the same items or similar styles that will make you crack too.

DressDésirée leaves items online despite stock outages in some sizes to get a glimpse of what it sells. But suddenly you also have the option to register your email on the product listing in question so that you are notified if your size is back!

Do you have a size guide?

Obviously! Just go to the "size guide" section at the bottom of the site.

This guide expresses the measurements of the different parts of the body so as not to go wrong and avoid a return as much as possible.

DressDésirée has put this in place to advise you the perfect size according to your morphology.

In addition, on each item, the size worn by the model that serves as your reference is shown.

What country do you deliver to?

Delivery is international.

The delivery fee will be calculated at the time of payment, when you choose to send.

Is my settlement information and personal data really secure?

Don't be stressed about this, on the website dress-désiré you can establish your shopping in complete serenity. Payments in CB or PayPal are secure, the padlock at the top of the site in the search bar certifies site protection and payment security.

When am I debited from my purchase?

When you finalize your payment, if your payment is allowed. Then you will be debited to your account for up to 48 hours after clicking "validated your payment." Whether it's with any payment method (CB or PayPal).

How do I use a discount code?

Once you've finished your shopping, and all your desired items are in your shopping cart. Click on the "promo code" box in the "basket" section and fill it in.

The total price of the order will then be reduced and you will be able to move on to the next steps of validating your order.

The discount cannot be applied to delivery fees or items already sold and cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer.

What if I forgot to use my promo code?

Don't panic, you can use it at a future order! But unfortunately for this one DressDésiré is unable to manually add the reduction once the command has been validated.
